JOB TITLE: Project Manager
SALARY: £30k – £35k per annum

Located in Sheffield, we are currently working in conjunction with an established and growing engineering company who provide a range of manufacturing and engineering solutions to the petrochemnical, oil and gas, power generation, and nuclear sectors. Given the increase in demand for their products and services, they are now looking to appoint a project Manager.

The Projects Manager is responsible for the management of certain key projects. Notwithstanding the requirements of the Projects Manager Contract of Employment, such objectives shall be intended to satisfy the Company’s key objectives as detailed within the annual year end Management Review, along with the requirements of the Company’s HSE&Q Management Systems.

All objectives shall always be set around delivering the business’s aspiration to develop the best people in a safety first, stable working environment, upholding the key principles of innovation, supreme quality and exceptional customer service.

On a non-exhaustive basis, top level duties (by delegation or otherwise) will include, but not be limited to:

*Ownership of, & compliance with existing procedures as laid down by the business’s HSE&Q Management Systems.
*Customer single point contact for all post order queries and correspondence.
*Ensuring document submissions are made in a timely manner, as per agreed SDR.
*Creation of certain non-technical documentation.
*Customer site visits and meetings.
*Assist Purchasing with any project specific supplier issues.
*Liaison with inspectors and notified bodies.
*Responsibility for project plans.
*Contract management of key projects, including cost monitoring and control.
*Assist with contract specific issues.
*Attend and chair (when required) weekly contract review meeting.
*Provide management reports.
